What we store,
and what we don't.
This page tells you which data Azaria stores when you use this website, how long we keep it and how you can have it deleted.
Who we are
This website belongs to Azaria, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97988359. Do you have a question about your data? Email info@azariareach.com.
What the chat stores
When you chat with Azaria, we store:
- the messages you send and Azaria's answers;
- your name, your company, your website and your offer, if you mention them in the chat;
- your email address, only if you give it yourself;
- a fingerprint of your internet address. That is a code from which the address cannot be recovered. We only use that code to count how many messages come from one visitor.
We store this to answer your question well and to contact you if you ask us to.
What stays in your browser
Your browser remembers the conversation and what Azaria knows about you, such as your name and your company. That way you can continue later where you left off. This is stored only on your own device.
When you enter your website
If you enter the address of your website, Azaria reads the public pages of that website. Azaria does not read pages that need a login.
How long we keep it
- A conversation without an email address: 90 days.
- A conversation with an email address: 12 months.
After that the conversation is deleted.
Having your conversation deleted
Click "Clear chat" in the chat. The conversation then disappears from your browser and from our storage. You can also send an email to info@azariareach.com.
Who processes the data
We work with a few companies that process data for us:
- Netlify provides the website and the chat.
- Supabase stores the conversations, in Ireland.
- OpenRouter and the maker of the AI model process your messages to produce an answer. Their computers may be outside the European Union.
- Cal.com handles the appointment if you schedule a meeting. Cal.com has its own privacy policy.
- Fontshare provides one of the fonts on this website. Your browser fetches that font from Fontshare.
A copy of the conversations is kept on our own computer and server, so our team can read them. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and tracking
This website places no cookies to follow you, shows no advertisements and keeps no visit statistics per person.
Your rights
You may ask us which data we hold about you. You may have it corrected or deleted, and you may object to its use. To do so, email info@azariareach.com. If you do not agree with us, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
This page is a translation. If it differs from the Dutch version, the Dutch version applies.
